How to get more cars attached to your shop

A rent-a-car shop grows by the number of cars it can put on the road, and most of those cars belong to other people. So the real customer is not only the renter. It is the car owner who is deciding which shop gets his Corolla.

What owners are afraid of

• That the car will run 20 days and they will be paid for 12.
• That damage will be hidden until the car is returned to them.
• That deductions will appear without explanation.
• That they will have to call five times a day to find out where the car is.

What to promise, and keep

1. A login on day one. The owner sees days rented, earnings, deductions and handover photos on his own phone. In Amanat this takes a minute to set up.
