Privacy policy

This website (amanat.cloud)

The website itself stores nothing about you. It sets no analytics cookies. The demo form on the home page does not send anything to us: it opens WhatsApp on your own phone with a message you can edit or discard. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any website request does.

The Amanat software (app.amanat.cloud)

Amanat is used by rent-a-car shops. Each shop enters its own data: cars and their papers, bookings, handover photos, renters' names, phone numbers and CNIC details, car owners' details, payments and deposits. That data belongs to the shop that entered it. We host it on a server in the shop's name, back it up every night, and do not sell it or use it for advertising.

  • A car owner sees only the cars attached to their own login, and only what the shop chooses to show.
  • The risk check shares a renter's CNIC, the reporting shop's name and city, and the incident the shop chose to report, with other shops on Amanat. Each report has a switch; a shop can keep an incident private.
  • Staff logins are individual. Every change is logged with the name of the person who made it and the time.
  • A shop can ask for an export or deletion of its data at any time by contacting us.

Our social media tools ("Amanat Social")

We use a small tool of our own to publish Amanat's videos to our own YouTube channel, TikTok and Instagram accounts. It accesses only our own accounts, with permission we grant ourselves through the platforms' official interfaces, and uploads videos we made. It does not read, collect or store data about any other person or account. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the account's own security settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
