01Reserve
Pick the dates, the car and the renter. The calendar will not let two bookings overlap, so the double booking that costs you a customer cannot happen.

02Hand over
Odometer, fuel, checklist, photos from the phone. Deposit and advance recorded separately. A printed agreement in English and Urdu.

03Settle
Return time, extra days, extra kilometres, fuel and damage. Refund part of the deposit, apply the rest, and see what is still due.

The owner says the car ran eighteen days. You say eleven. Today he has no way to know, so he pulls the car and gives it to your competitor. On Amanat he sees it himself.

Own cars and attached cars, rates for self drive and with driver, deposits, kilometre allowances, insurance and token tax expiry with reminders, service due dates, tracker details, documents with scans.
Bookings and handovers
Reservations, confirmations, extensions, cancellations, no shows. Check out and check in with photos, odometer and fuel. Printable agreement. WhatsApp messages for confirmation, reminders and balance due.
Money and deposits
Rent, advances, refundable deposits, refunds, extra charges, a cash book by cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank. Every void needs a reason and a name.
Owners and statements
Commission or fixed daily arrangements. Monthly statements generated from the actual rentals, with repairs and challans deducted where agreed. Payouts recorded. A private portal for each owner.
Renters and drivers
CNIC and licence scans, guarantors, verification status, full history and balance. Drivers with wages and licence expiry. Incidents reported to the network with your name on them.
Maintenance and challans
Workshop visits, costs, who paid, what comes off the owner's statement. A challan arrives, Amanat finds which rental had the car that day and bills the renter.

What is Amanat?
Amanat (امانت, Urdu for a trust held for someone) is rent a car software made in Sialkot by Rabita for rent-a-car shops across Pakistan. It runs the fleet, bookings, photo handovers, deposits and every car owner's statement from one screen, at amanat.cloud.
What does it cost?
PKR 600 per car, per month, minimum ten cars, with hosting, backups, logins and support included. Setup at your counter is PKR 20,000 once, free for the first ten shops in each city. The first month is free with your own cars.
My staff are not computer people.
If they can use WhatsApp they can use Amanat. Check out is a form on the phone with six photo buttons.
What happens when the internet goes down?
Amanat runs on a server, so the shop's phones and laptop are just windows into it. When the connection returns, everything is where you left it. Nothing lives on one phone.
Where is my data?
On a server in your name, backed up every night. Photos and CNIC scans are private to your shop.
Do owners see my renters' names?
Only if you switch that on. By default an owner sees dates, destinations, kilometres and money, not who rented.
Do I have to share my incidents with other shops?
No. Each report has a switch. Most shops share, because the network only works if everyone does.
How long does setup take?
A day. Your cars, owners and renters can be imported from a spreadsheet.
Can an owner change his own statement?
No. Owners can see and download, never edit. Every change in the system is logged with the name of the person who made it.
