Buyers ask "is the society approved?" before anything else. What should we show online?+
Only what your documents show. In August 2023 the CDA declared 185 housing societies and projects in Islamabad illegal and told people not to book or buy plots in them (ProPakistani). Put approval and NOC details on each project page exactly as your papers state them, and link to the development authority's own list so buyers can check for themselves.
Overseas Pakistanis won't send money on trust. How do we earn it from abroad?+
Dawn reported in 2024 that overseas Pakistanis had lost life savings to misrepresentation, land possession and fake documents, and that, as a result, most avoid specialised real estate sectors. Show the real site today on film, label every render, list the documents you can share, and run ads that open WhatsApp asking the buyer's country and time zone.
Our listings sit next to fake ones on the portals. How do we stand apart?+
Zameen's own guide lists false listings among the most common property frauds, and says GPS, maps and pictures on a website shouldn't be enough to get into a deal (2022). Put every listing on your own site under your name, with real photos and a WhatsApp button that names the property, take sold plots down, and invite buyers to visit.
Enquiries come at night or from abroad, and many have no budget. What helps?+
Reply fast, then sort. In a 2024 US secret-shopper study of more than 25 brokerages, nearly half of online property enquiries went unanswered, and the median reply took 39 minutes (Mike DelPrete). A WhatsApp assistant answers from details you approve, at any hour, then asks budget, area, size, buy or rent and timing, so agents call the ready buyers first.
Do Google reviews matter for a property dealer?+
Yes. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of US consumers, 97% read reviews for local businesses and 89% expect owners to reply. In the US, 43% of buyers used an agent they found through a referral (NAR, 2025). Ask every buyer, seller and tenant for an honest review after the deal, offer nothing in return, and reply without mentioning prices or anyone's property.
We're a developer. How do we keep buyers' trust while the project is being built?+
Delays now draw official action: in March 2026, Sindh's government said builders who miss completion deadlines face licence suspension and blacklisting (ProPakistani). Post real site progress photos regularly, label every render, and give each buyer a login to see their unit, instalments paid and statements. Instalment reminders go only to buyers who agreed to receive them.
Buyers fix a site visit and don't turn up, or wait months for taxes to settle. How do we keep them?+
Property taxes keep changing: from July to September 2026, income tax from real estate fell 38% after advance taxes on property sales and purchases were halved (ProPakistani). Confirm every site visit in the chat with date, time and place, and remind buyers who agreed the day before. Buyers who are waiting hear about new listings in their budget and area, and can stop any time.
How soon will we see more serious buyers?+
Faster WhatsApp replies and a complete Google profile work on enquiries you already get, so they help in the first weeks. Ads need a few weeks of testing by area and budget before they settle, and property decisions take months. That is why Growth, Complete and Premium have a 3-month minimum. Nobody can honestly promise a number of deals.
