Will customers know they're chatting with AI?

Yes. The assistant's first message says it is an AI assistant, and customers can ask for a person at any time, in their own words. Your team sees every conversation and can step in whenever they want.

Can it make up a price or an offer?

It's set up to answer only from what you've approved: prices, offers, timings and policies all come from you. If something isn't covered, it says a person will reply and hands the chat to your team. A person on our team reads conversations every week and fixes any answer that wasn't right.

What's free on WhatsApp, and what costs money?

Meta sets these charges, not us, and bills your own payment method directly. Free: when a customer reaches you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad on their phone and you reply in time, Meta opens a free window of up to 7 days in which it doesn't charge for your messages. When a customer messages you first, you can reply for 24 hours after their last message; since 1 October 2026 Meta gives each number 1,000 free replies a month and charges per reply after that. Messages your business starts, like reminders, follow-ups and offers, are charged per message at Meta's rate for the customer's country (unless they fall in that free window). Before you start, we show you Meta's current rates for Pakistani numbers and an estimate for your volume.

Do you need my WhatsApp or Facebook password?

No. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, on your own verified number. You connect the number yourself through Meta's steps and give us partner access from your Business settings. You stay the owner and can remove us any time.

Do you promise more sales or bookings?

No. Nobody can honestly promise that. The assistant answers, sorts and books; your team does the selling. We promise the work: the setup, testing with you, and a weekly check of the conversations.
