COD parcels keep coming back. What can we change online?+
There is no audited national figure for COD returns in Pakistan, but Markaz lists the usual causes: orders that were never real, a product that didn't match the listing, a surprise total at the door, a buyer nobody could reach, and late delivery (September 2026). Show real photos, read every order back with the full total including delivery, and give a realistic delivery window.
Every post fills up with "price?" comments. How should we handle them?+
Answer them, quickly and the same way every time. Price, size and delivery comments get replies from the details you confirm, and anyone ready to order is sent to your WhatsApp with the article named. Put the price on each article's own page too, so buyers can check without asking. Scam and fake-order comments are hidden under rules you agree.
How do we cut size exchanges and refused parcels?+
Markaz calls sizing the most common reason a parcel is refused or returned, and advises sellers to publish measurements, not just S/M/L (September 2026). Put the measurements and size chart you confirm on every article's page, and let the WhatsApp assistant answer size questions from the same chart. Anything it can't answer goes to your team.
Can an online-only brand get Google reviews?+
A Google Business Profile needs a physical location customers can visit, or a business that travels to customers (Google). So we set one up only for brands with a shop, studio or pickup point, and then every customer can be asked for an honest review. If you sell only online, show real customer messages on your page, and only with their consent.
Our beauty ads keep getting rejected. What are Meta's rules?+
Two of Meta's health and wellness rules apply to every cosmetics ad: it must be targeted to people 18 or older, and it can't contain statements of inferiority about physical appearance. Use your real products, make no skin or results claims you can't back up in writing, and label any AI part of an ad video. An ads audit checks past ads against these rules.
COD now costs us more. Should we push advance payment?+
Offer it, but don't force it. Under the 2025 tax changes, a 2% tax applies to cash-on-delivery transactions handled by couriers, and couriers and marketplaces may no longer serve unregistered sellers from 1 July 2025 (Profit). The WhatsApp assistant shares the payment options you approve and never asks for card numbers. Tax registration and courier terms stay with you and your accountant.
Customers buy once and never come back. Can we message them on WhatsApp?+
Only those who agreed. WhatsApp requires a customer's opt-in before a business messages them, and from 1 October 2026 Meta charges $0.0473 for each marketing message to a Pakistani number (ProPakistani). So send approved messages about new drops and restocks, spaced out, only to past buyers who said yes, and take off anyone who asks to stop.
How soon will we see more orders?+
Faster replies and orders read back properly work on the chats you already get, so they help in the first weeks. Ads need a few weeks of testing by product and city before they settle, and Eid and lawn launches need planning a month ahead. That's why Growth, Complete and Premium have a 3-month minimum. Nobody can honestly promise a number of orders.
