Where should a rent-a-car shop start: Google, Facebook or a website?+
Start with a Google Business Profile: the car rental category, your pickup address or service area, hours, real fleet photos and the number you answer on WhatsApp. List with-driver or airport services only if you offer them. Then post every car with its rates, and add a fleet page so ads and posts send people to the exact car.
Customers ask rates and deposit at midnight, and book with whoever replies first. What helps?+
In Kantar's 2025 research for Meta across 22 markets, 73.3% of consumers preferred messaging a business, and 66.8% felt frustrated when they couldn't. A WhatsApp assistant on your own number answers rates, deposit and documents from your approved list at any hour, and passes every booking request to your team to confirm. It never collects ID numbers in the chat.
Customers say the scratch was already there. How do we prove it?+
In a 2017 UK survey of more than 2,000 hire-car customers, 14% had found damage not marked on the checkout sheet, and only 18% took photos they could use in a dispute (iCarhireinsurance). Photograph every side, the odometer and the fuel at pickup, show the customer, and do the same at return. Our rent-a-car software keeps these photos with the booking.
How do we check who we're handing the keys to?+
In 2020, Islamabad police stopped a firm that had hired about 36 luxury cars and jeeps and advertised them for sale far below market prices; eight cars worth around Rs25 million were impounded (Gulf News). Check original documents in person before every handover. Online, the WhatsApp assistant only tells renters which documents to bring, and never asks for ID numbers.
Bookings rush at Eid and summer trips, then the cars sit idle. Can marketing even it out?+
Demand swings with the season. Gilgit-Baltistan's tourist police counted 486,571 domestic tourists in Baltistan in 2024, up 117% on 2023 (Pamir Times). In August 2025, during monsoon floods, a Gilgit-Baltistan government spokesperson told Aaj News that 90% of advance bookings for July and August had been cancelled. Plan ads season by season, pause trip ads when roads close, and push other rentals in the quiet weeks.
One angry review about a deposit sits at the top. What should we do?+
Reply, calmly and with the facts. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of US consumers, 80% said they were likely to use a business that responds to all its reviews, and 50% were put off by generic, templated replies. Write each reply for that review, and ask every customer for an honest review when they return the car, with nothing offered in return.
Car owners doubt our monthly statements. How do we keep them?+
Let them see what you see. Our rent-a-car software gives every car owner a login with days rented, earnings, deductions with reasons and handover photos, in statements they can view and download but not edit. A short film of how you hand over cars and pay owners helps new owners decide, and a form ad before peak season helps you find them.
How soon will we see more bookings?+
Quicker WhatsApp replies and a complete Google profile work on enquiries you already get, so they help in the first weeks. Seasonal ads need to start before Eid or the summer rush, not during it. Reviews and search build over months, which is why Growth, Complete and Premium have a 3-month minimum. Nobody can honestly promise a number of bookings.
