Where should a clinic start: Google, Facebook or a website?+
Start with your Google Business Profile, where timings, directions and your booking number sit together. Set the right category, pin and timings, add real photos of the entrance and waiting area, and set Ramadan, Eid and holiday hours before they start. Then add a page per doctor on your website, and WhatsApp booking so patients can book while the doctor is busy.
Patients book, then don't turn up. Do reminders help?+
At Aga Khan University Hospital's paediatric clinics in Karachi, 30% of around 70,000 appointments in 2016 were no-shows, and the authors say reminding patients in advance can reduce them (JMIR Research Protocols, 2018). WhatsApp allows reminders only to patients who agreed. Ours carry just the doctor, day and time, and anyone who asks to stop is taken off.
With fake clinics in the news, how do we show patients we're genuine?+
In six weeks to August 2026, the Punjab Healthcare Commission sealed 1,415 illegal treatment centres after 6,380 raids (ProPakistani). Anyone can search PMDC's online register of doctors. Put each doctor's qualifications and PMDC registration number on their page, as you give them to us, next to real photos of your clinic and team, shown only with their consent.
Can we ask patients for Google reviews?+
Yes, if you ask every patient the same way. In a US survey of more than 1,000 patients, 84% checked online reviews before choosing a new provider, but 57% rarely or never leave one (Medical Economics, 2025). Google bans offering incentives for reviews and asking only happy patients. Reply to every review without mentioning anyone's health or treatment.
Our health ads keep getting rejected. What can a clinic safely advertise?+
Your doctors, timings, location and how to book. Meta removed detailed targeting on health topics such as "Chemotherapy" and "World Diabetes Day" from 19 January 2022, so campaigns are aimed by area and age only. No cure claims, no before-and-after photos, no retargeting, and no forms that ask about health conditions. An ads audit checks past ads against these rules.
Patients ask medical questions on WhatsApp. Can an AI assistant answer them?+
No. Ours says it is an AI assistant and answers only timings, doctors' days, the fees you approve, booking and directions. Every health question goes to a person at your clinic. WhatsApp's business policy requires automated chats to offer a prompt, clear and direct way to reach a person, and patients can ask for one at any time.
A doctor's days change. How do we keep Google and the website right?+
Send the new timings, holidays or Ramadan hours on WhatsApp, and we update your website and Google profile and tell you when it's live. Special hours are set before they start, not on the day. Clinics with several doctors can have a find-a-doctor page where patients pick a department and day and see who is in.
How soon will we see more appointments?+
Reminders and WhatsApp booking work on patients you already have, so they help in the first weeks. A complete Google profile, doctor pages and a steady flow of reviews build over months, which is why Growth, Complete and Premium have a 3-month minimum. We never promise patient numbers or treatment results.
