How we use AI

AI does a lot of our daily work. Here is exactly where, and the rules it follows.

Last updated 16 October 2026

Where AI helps

  • Drafting posts, captions, ad copy and report summaries from your photos, notes and data.
  • Making short videos and visuals, labelled as AI-made.
  • Researching your market and competitors from public information.
  • Writing and testing parts of the software we build.
  • Answering questions in the chat on this website. It's an AI assistant, it says so, and it answers only from what this website says about our services. A person is one tap away on WhatsApp.

Where a person always decides

  • Every post, ad, video and report is checked by someone on our team before it goes out.
  • You approve posts in your portal, unless you choose otherwise when we start.
  • Replies to your customers are checked and sent by a person, unless you choose our WhatsApp AI chatbot. That assistant tells customers it's AI, answers only from details you approved, and hands the chat to your team whenever it isn't sure.

Rules we don't break

  • AI content is labelled. On every platform that offers an AI label, we use it.
  • Real things stay real. AI never changes your products, cars, food, premises or results in a photo. Tidying a background is fine; changing the item is not.
  • No fake people. No AI-made customers, testimonials or reviews. Real faces and voices only with written consent.
  • Your data stays yours. We use your information to do your work, not to train anything for anyone else.
