Questions
Someone else made my profile years ago. Can we still use it?
Usually, yes. If you can't get into it, Google has a way for the real owner to ask for access. We guide you through it, and Google decides.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No. Nobody can remove a review just because it's bad. We reply calmly, and if a review breaks Google's rules we report it. Google decides what happens next.
