What we need from you
Never your passwords. Access is always an invite you control.
- Facebook Page and Instagram access: add us as a partner in your Meta Business settings. No passwords.
- TikTok and YouTube, if we post there: we connect them together on a short call, and you log in yourself
- Your logo as the original file (PNG or SVG), not a screenshot
- 10–20 photos or short videos of your products, place and team, sent as documents or a Google Drive link
- How your posts should sound, which language, and anything we should never post about
- Which platforms to post on, how often and at what times
- Any current offers or prices you're happy for us to post (optional)
Questions
What if I have nothing new to post?
We plan around what you already have: your products, your place, your team, common questions and useful tips. Send new photos when you can.
Can I check posts before they go out?
Yes. Add Content calendar & approvals and you approve each post in your portal first. Either way, a person on our team checks every post.
Will you post my prices?
Only prices you've confirmed for us to post. When a price changes, tell us and the next posts use the new one.
