WhatsApp lead qualification before your team picks up

The assistant asks each new enquiry the few questions your team needs, like budget, area, what they need and when. Ready leads go to your team with a short summary, so they can call the serious ones first.

What you get

  • A short set of questions agreed with you, in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu
  • Each lead summed up in a few lines: what they want, budget, area and timing
  • Ready leads sent to the right person on your team, with the summary and the full chat
  • A shared lead sheet your team can open and update
  • Rules you choose for which leads go to whom
  • A weekly check of real conversations, with the questions adjusted once you approve

How it works

What the AI drafts, what a person checks, step by step.

  1. Step 1

Agree what a ready lead is

We agree with you which few answers make a lead worth calling, and who should get it.

Drafts the questions from the enquiries you get and how your team sells
Agrees the questions and the hand-over rules with you
  2. Step 2

    The assistant asks

New enquiries get a short, polite set of questions, one at a time. Customers can skip a question or ask for a person.

Asks in the customer's language and answers simple questions along the way
Your team can see every chat and step in any time
  3. Step 3

Ready leads go to your team

Each ready lead reaches your team with a short summary and the full chat.

Writes the summary and adds the lead to your sheet
Your team calls or messages the lead back
  4. Step 4

    Check every week

We look at which leads turned out to be real, and adjust the questions.

Spots where customers stop answering or answers are unclear
Talks to your team and updates the questions once you approve

What we need from you

Never your passwords. Access is always an invite you control.

  • A WhatsApp number connected to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Business verification and partner access (no passwords). Already done if you have our AI assistant
  • What makes a lead ready for your team: budget, area, timing or anything else
  • Who on your team gets which leads, and how they want to receive them
  • Your approved answers to the questions customers ask along the way
  • A person on your team who calls or messages ready leads back

Questions

Won't customers find the questions annoying?

We keep it to the few that matter, one at a time, and the assistant answers their questions too. Anyone can skip a question or ask for a person.

Who decides what a ready lead is?

You do. We agree the answers that make a lead worth your team's time, like a budget in your range and a timeframe, and change them whenever you want.

What happens to leads that aren't ready?

They still get polite answers and stay in your sheet. If they agree to hear from you, Follow-ups & reminders can check in with them later.

Does it ask for ID or bank details?

No. It never asks for card numbers, CNIC or other ID numbers, or passwords.
